Gotriage.com philosophy is that patient comes first and the privacy of all of our Users is very important to us. When you, as an App-user, use the Service we process your Personal Data. This privacy Statement describes how gotriage.com safeguards and processes your Personal Data. We understand the importance you place on the Information, and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your Information. By using our Site and Services, you agree to the handling of your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

Like most other websites and online services it will be depending on which of our Services you use and how you interact with our Sites, we collect different kinds of information from or about you. Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

We also collect, use and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Site feature. Transmission of Personal details

When you upload Data, including photos in the App, this will be shared and can be viewed by all other users of the App. Gotriage.com needs occasional access to use the Camera feature in your mobile to function properly. We need access to the camera feature to let you use your phone's camera to take photos & videos as well as scan your documents.

To WHOM WE MAY DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We share your Information only as described below and with businesses that follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy:

We may share your Information with Healthcare Providers with whom you choose to schedule through the Services. For example, if you complete a medical history form using the Services in advance of an appointment and elect to share it with your selected Healthcare Provider, we may share your medical history form with such selected Healthcare Providers.
Provided that you choose to use the applicable Services, we may share your Information with your Healthcare Providers to enable them to refer you to and make appointments with other Healthcare Providers on your behalf or to perform analyses on potential health issues or treatments.
We may share your Information with Healthcare Providers in the event of an emergency.
Other Entities. To offer you our Services, we may engage with businesses who are affiliates of us and/or non-affiliated service providers (e.g. marketing companies, medical centers, government entities, regulators, professional boards, payments processers to process online transactions, etc.). You understand that it is important that such businesses have access to the relevant Information to perform their functions. We will ensure that these businesses do not use your Information for other purposes. By using our Platform, you hereby freely and specifically consent to the transfer, storage, use, and disclosure of your Information among businesses who are affiliates of us and/or non-affiliated service providers, wherever located. Also, our system will place cookies when you log on to our Platform and this is to ensure you have an enjoyable user experience and are able utilizes all aspects of the Platform.
